ZuZu re-defines American comfort food with a new contemporary twist. Directed by award winning chef, Charles Wiley. Located in the historical Hotel Valley Ho, ZuZu’s stylish dining room and lounge brings mid-century modernism into the 21st century. ZuZu is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday Brunch and late night appetizers in the lounge.

• First Course (choice of):
  • Caprese Salad: heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil vinaigrette
  • Iceberg Wedge: grilled with red wine vinaigrette and served with creamy Maytag blue cheese
  • Gnocchi with Organic Mushrooms: brown butter + parmigiano - reggiano

• Second Course (choice of):
  • Grilled Salmon with an arygula, roasted corn, and heirloom tomato salad with parmesan + basil vinaigrette
  • Famous ZuZu Burger: bacon, stewed onions + maytag blue cheese
  • Braised Short Ribs: oven roasted vegetables + creamy grits
  • Angel Hair Pasta: garden fresh tomatoes, spinach + basil

• Third Course (choice of):
  • Liquid Center Chocolate Torte
  • Lemon Meringue Tart
