  • Aspen Sirloin with Peppercorn Brandy Sauce and a Loaded Baked Potato
  • Chile Rubbed Salmon with Lobster and Spinich Fondue and Parmesan Mashed Potatoes
  • Chipotle Chicken basted in Chipotle Barbeque Sauce and Smothered in Smoked Cheddar topped with Applewood Bacon and Green Onions
