Fuego Bistro is a quaint hideaway tucked in a courtyard in the heart of Central Phoenix. We offer one of the nicest patio surroundings in the valley along with dining areas that have an urban and unique feel that only central Phoenix can deliver. We have an extensive bar that features 73 different rums for our 12 different flavored mojitos. We feature Sangria made from scratch daily, along with live music on our patio on the weekends.
