  • Grilled New York strip steak, morel mushroom port jus, sweet potato thyme galette, asparagus sticks
  • Salmon wellington roulade with puff pastry, spinach, leeks & black truffles. Preserved lemon basmati rice, ginger crème
  • Grilled Mai Tai pork loin, coconut smashed plantains, Mexican papaya spearmint composition, curry oil
