Bloom's new American cuisine is an intriguing blend of classic American favorites with influences from Europe and Asia. To showcase the freshest ingredients available, Bloom's menu changes seasonally. All desserts are made in-house daily from scratch.
Consistently honored with the Award of Excellence by the Wine Spectator, Bloom offers and outstanding wine menu. A sleek bar showcases a cuvee wine system, containing at least 75 wines, which can be enjoyed by the glass. Bloom also offers an extensive martini menu.

- Tasting of Cheese, cherry confiture, roasted garlic, Marcona almond
- Spinach & Apple Salad, bleu cheese, candied pecans
- Mixed Greens, balsamic strawberries, creamy goat cheese, pistachios
- Asparagus Bruschetta, creamy goat cheese, roasted pepper
- Second Course (choice of):
- Parmesan Noodles, roasted chicken, tomato, spinach, pine nuts
- Shrimp Tagliatelle, broccoli, tomato, roasted garlic, crushed chili
- Crispy Half Chicken, sage stuffing, green beans, cranberry
- Maple Braised Short Ribs, glazed carrots, horseradish potato*
- Pan Seared Salmon, creamy white polenta, arugula, apple cider syrup*
- Third Course (choice of):
- Bars of Sin, praline chocolate cookies, chocolate cappuccino mousse, warm chocolate & caramel sauce, vanilla bean gelato
- Seasonal Creme Brulee, infused classic creme brulee, accompanied with our house baked cookies
- Baked Alaska, roasted banana gelato, soft baked brownie & toasted marshmallow
