The innovation continues at the Muddle Bar where exotic cocktails are created by smashing together the freshest of fruits and herbs by using a wooden mallet called a muddle to release their intense flavors.   • Vaca frita encebollada: Grilled kobe skirt steak/ huancaina potato/ oven dried tomato black pepper crust / arugula / beet chimichurri

• Third Course (choice of):
  • chocolate cigar: chocolate espuma / cappuccino gelato
  • crema catalana: spanish crème brulee / sherry-glazed berries
