Crab Stuffed Shrimp - broiled, served with saffron rice.
Chicken Milanese Romano - pan seared chicken breast with panko bread crumbs, romano cheese topped with freash diced tomato, basil, onion, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
Chicken Rollatini - stuffed with prosciutto mortadella, fontina and mozzarella cheese, in a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, served with homemade gnocchi.
Veal Braciole - veal cutlet rolled and stuffed with fresh spinach garlic, romano cheese prepared in a tomato sauce with pine nuts and raisins served with rigatoni.
