Our backbar’s unique “waterfall” display of bottles, backlit and tiered to create a cascade of color transports you from the everyday. It also provides a worthy backdrop for your bartender’s mixological feats and the freshness of ingredients we’ve assembled – from the ripe fruits and squeezed juices to the snipped herbs and our homemade mixers.
Then there’s the glowing, five-gallon hexagonal jar at the end of the bar. Here we steep fresh pineapple and Citron vodka for 21 days to infuse the flavors of Firebirds’ legendary Double Black Diamond Martini. Our signature cocktail and bestselling offering since the day we opened, it’s the very embodiment of our passion for quality and spirit of hospitality.
The FIREBAR offers a tempting array of Bar Bites that leaves everyone shaken and stirred. The opposite of “pub grub,” Firebirds’ chef-prepared, made-to-order bar fare upholds the same standard of quality you’ll enjoy in every bite of steak or morsel of lobster in our dining room.
