Pastiche Modern Eatery, a Tucson favorite since 1998, is an independently owned, fine-dining restaurant with seating for 200 people in the restaurant and lounge. Pastiche is centrally located, just two miles north of the University of Arizona. Though upscale, Pastiche remains casual and welcoming; the colorful, warm surroundings convey hospitality and comfort while the spaciousness of the dining room offers breathing space and privacy. Local artists share their vibrant, unique and changing works throughout the restaurant.
Pastiche's menu offers eclectic American-based cuisine with influences from all over the world. The menu changes frequently to accommodate guests' tastes and preferences, as well as to benefit from the finest seasonal opportunities. Daily specials also draw on the availability of fresh fish, local produce and specialty meats, including Certified Angus Beef
- First Course (choice of):
- Brie-schetta: fresh tomato-basil relish, melted brie, Kalamata olives,
- toasted sourdough crostini
- Mushroom Soup: shiitake happens!…cup
- Fried Avocado: panko crusted, chipotle aioli and hoisin dipping sauce
- Baby Spinach & Strawberry Salad: marinated green apples, candied pecans, goat cheese, fresh strawberries, dried cranberries, cilantro lime vinaigrette; bistro portion
- Baby Greens: green apple, seasoned walnuts, blue cheese, fried sweet potatoes,
- orange poppyseed vinaigrette bistro portion
- Second Course (choice of):
- Florentine Ravioli: lemon crab tarragon cream sauce,
- roasted red pepper purée, balsamic reduction, fried leeks
- Rosemary Crusted Pork Tenderloin: butternut squash risotto, poached figs, goat cheese, pine nuts
- Baked Mac & Cheese: smoked gouda, parmesan, Monterey jack, mesquite smoked bacon, spinach, fat macaroni
- Certified Angus Beef Filet Mignon: wrapped in bacon, demi-glacé, lemon-garlic-parsley butter, mashed root vegetables, chef’s vegetables
- Portabella Tower: house vegetable marinade, Falafel,éed vegetables, grilled tomato, asparagus, feta cheese!
- Third Course (choice of):
- Seasonal Fruit Crisp: Served warm with cinnamon ice cream
- Warm Chocolate Brownie: with coffee ice cream, seriously delicious chocolate
- Classic Crème Brulee: a touch of elegance, classic vanilla
