Welcome to Twist Bistro and Gallery! Our Mission is to deliver hand-made, scratch food, creative cocktails and high quality wines in an artistic, warm and friendly environment. Our food and wine will feature Arizona farm to table ingredients, local beers and quality wine… serving a modern take on classic dishes, all delivered (yes) with a ‘Twist’.

Our gallery is a rotation of local artists, pulling from various art leagues around Phoenix, all of which will be for sale. We will host special events such as Chef’s Table, Wine Dinners, and Food, Wine and Art Shows. We have many dishes we would like to share with you, so be prepared for a rotating menu to feature the finest seasonal ingredients we can find. Whatever you try, know that it comes from our hearts to your table.
